Learning Outcomes
The student recognises the main elements, levels and objectives of innovation management, masters the key methods and is able to evaluate and foresee necessary changes based on the problems set. The student can systematically develop the identification of innovativeness, facilitation of cooperation, and strategic utilisation of creativity in an organisation.

Main elements and concepts of innovation management; creativity and crystallization of ideas; distribution and implementation of innovations; organizational creativity; tools and methods such as user orientation, process management, service design; results and measurement

Assessment Criteria
Level 1:
- the student is familiar with the meaning of innovation management from the perspective of social and health care sector
- the student is familiar with the principles of innovations
Level 3:
- the student understands the importance of innovation management within social and health care sector and its activities
- the student understands how to apply the elements of innovation management
Level 5:
- the student is able to evaluate and predict needs to change, based on the problems set
- the student can systematically develop the recognition of innovativeness, enablement of cooperation and strategic utilization of creativity
- the student masters the most central methods of innovation management
Assessment Methods
The grade of the study module compounds of attending the lessons, autonomous assignments and self-evaluation. Numeric evaluation (1–5).
