Learning Outcomes
The student develops a holistic picture of guidance and monitoring systems within Health and Social Services; knows the main contents of guiding acts, regulations and statutes, and is able to apply them in daily professional settings. The student identifies and knows how to implement administrative procedures and knows how to apply the principles of expert organization in a working society's daily activities. The student identifies sociological phenomena in working life contexts, and is able to develop working society in cooperation with its personnel and client groups.
