This study module tends to deepen students' knowledge and skill regarding special characteristics of health and social services as public services in the Finnish society. The module focuses on current challenges in service provision, like privatisation, client and population centred service provision, administrative reforms in public sector as well as national and international strategies directing Health and Social Services
