Learning Outcomes
The student identifies and estimates the negative factors in the employee´s working environment that affect the health and the methods of the occupational health service to prevent them. The student guides and supports the client in health promotion, rehabilitation and the treatment of different diseases in multiprofessional cooperationThe student uses evidence-based information and research findings. The student knows the significance of the volunteer organisations in the promotion of health and wellbeing. The student evaluates the level of his/her own expertise and tries to develop his/her professional skills in a responsible manner.

The student
- identifies and estimates the negative factors in the employee´s working environment that affect the health
- is able to guide and support the client in health promotion
- is able to refer the client to rehabilitation and to guide the client in the treatment of different diseases
-is able to work in multiprofessional teams
- is able to evaluate the level of his/her own skills and to develop them
Fail-evaluation
The student
- is not able to work independently at the end of the clinical practice and has a weak motivation to work
- the scientific knowledge basis is weak and partly faulty
- has weak interaction skills and has an ignorant attitude towards the clients
- is not able to do realistic self-evaluation
