Learning Outcomes
The student evaluates the growth and development of children and adolescents and the importance of the growth environment in promoting healthy growth. The student identifies the need for special support among children and adolescents and their families and plans the follow-up process and referral to care/ treatment.The student guides families, children and adolescents in the development of healthy sexuality.

Public health nursing of children and adolescents, the follow-up methods for monitoring the development of children and adolescents, health promotion and immunizations, supporting sexual and reproductive health, early interaction and specific support, multi-professional collaboration and family-service network.

Assessment Methods
Active participation in lectures and exercises. Exam. Numerical evaluation/ grading 0-5, clinical practice and assignment affect the final grade. Paediatric courses are completed by participating in all lectures.
