Learning Outcomes

The student understands the significance of nursing research in developing the quality of nursing. The student gains a deeper understanding of evidence based nursing practice.

The student takes responsibility for his/her development into a specialist and works as a member in a multiprofessional team. The student knows the principles of nursing administration and leadership

The student understands required key skills for her/his own professional development and is able to apply these skills in their expertise studies.
