Learning Outcomes

The student understands the meaning of nursing science research in developing the quality of nursing. The student deepens his/her understanding of the role of evidence-based nursing in various health care settings.
The student takes responsibility of his/her own professional development into an expert and is able to work in multi-professional teams. The student knows the principles of administration and leadership.
The student understands the special requirements related to his / her own professional development and knows how to apply them in advanced studies.
