Learning Outcomes
The student understands the significance of communication and interaction and of target-oriented communication and can estimate and develop his/her own communication skills.
The student is aware of his own social interaction skills and identifies the development needs.
The student understands the starting points for the professional interaction and the central characteristics .
The student develops his/her skills to work in a professional care relationsship and in a collegial cooperation relationship.
The student understands the meaning of continuous developing of his/her social interaction skills
The student is able to write work-related documents.
The student can use sources as support of his own text. The student knows the basics of scientific writing and learns the principles of writing the bachelor´s thesis. The student knows how to make a reference in general and in particular to different source material.
The student can express himself in different working life situations and can draw up different documents. The student knows how to act in meetings and negotiations. The student understands the meaning of communication for his/her own work and wants to develop his/her own skills continuously.

- is able to analyse and evaluate his/her own communication and interaction skills
- can analyse the basics and characteristics of professional communication
- is able to make excellent work-related documents
