Learning Outcomes
The student can help an adult patient to reduce the harm caused by internal diseases and injuries and to manage with the daily life as independently as possible. The student works with different helping methods by performing different nursing procedures and by using technical device.
The student gets also to know the most important nursing practices within medical nursing. The student understands and copes with ethical problems in nursing, learns documentation and oral reporting. The student learns to interact with the patient and with patients next of kins.

Clinical placement in medical wards and out-patient departments in a central hospital.
