Learning Outcomes

Surgical nursing

Students learn to recognize and name the surgical patient's needs. Students learn to implement key surgical nursing interventions and the use of assistive technologies. Students learn to prepare the patient for surgery and to observe the surgical patients after surgery. Students understand the ethical behavior in relation to care and act responsibly. Students learn to document nursing care and to report orally. The student interacts with the patient and his relatives, as well as able to work in the workplace. They understand the importance of evaluation and control of their own development.

Perioperative Nursing

Students become familiar with perioperative nursing as well as the nature and function to form a complete picture in question. treatment process. Students apply perioperative nursing knowledge, skills and principles of anesthesia and surgery patients and critically ill patient care as well as learn to use specialized equipment for patient monitoring and treatment.

Supervised nursing practice.

Supervised nursing practice surgical wards and outpatient clinics as well as in the operating room.

Participation training prepared for study and work plan accordingly. The training goals successfully. Learning task. The performance designation. Training performance is part of the nursing course evaluation
