Learning Outcomes

The student has a sufficient knowledge of the target-oriented communication in companies and organisations. The student has skills to express her/himself in speaking and in writing in various situations of working life. S/he is able to write various documents, act at a meeting and negotiation and express her/himself in various situations of working life. The student understands the significance of communication for the company/organisation and for her/his own work and is willing to improve her/his skills continuously. The student is familiar with the basics of scientific writing and learns how to write reports

Contents

Explanatory documents, instructions, communication of one's own professional field, reporting. Oral presentations, meetings and negotiations and related documents.
