Learning Outcomes

Students expand and deepen their knowledge of children and young people caring. Students are able to act as an expert nursing care in multidisciplinary health and social care communities by influencing and promoting children's and adolescents' health-care management and disease development. Students will deepen their knowledge and skills in children, adolescents and their families in a variety of health and life changes related to the disease.

Contents

Healthy child and adolescent growth and development as well as supporting partners. The child and adolescent nursing helper, supervisory and teaching methods. Special skills of child patient management process. An expert in growing children and young people in care, parental support and guidance as well as multi-professional team. Children and young people with the central surgical and internal medicine, nursing, and the methods to be suffering from infectious diseases in children or adolescents. Special skills of children and adolescents under intensive care. Identify the different methods of nursing mentally retarded children and young people in care.

Lectures, group work, exercises. Autonomous studies.

Assessment Methods

Exam. Participation in the superviced execises. Medicin calculation whitout any mistakes. Numerical evaluation (0-5).
