Learning Outcomes

The student knows how to express himself in the performance situations of working life. He knows how to make documents of interacting communication and how to operate in meetings and conferences. The student understands the significance of communication from the viewpoint of both community and his own work and is constantly willing to improve his skills.

The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Communication and Interaction Skills,
speech communication, community and group communication, meetings and conferences.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 5: The student can analyze and evaluate his own know-how in communications and his interaction skills. He can analyze the basis and character of professional interaction. The student can express himself clearly and interestingly in the situations required in working life and shows readiness to develop his skills further.


Grade 3: The student can define and understands the communicational way of thinking and the meaning of target-oriented communication. He can describe the level of his know-how in communications skills and interaction skills. The student can express himself fluently and suitably in the communicational situations required in working life.


Grade 1: The student can communicative thinking and with the meaning of communications. He can perceive his communications skills and skills in interaction. The student can manage the communicational situations required in working life.
