Learning Outcomes

Student gains knowledge and understanding for what is meant by Civilian Crisis Management and Capacity Building, insight of what kind of demands there are on those working in post- conflict areas, knowledge and skills how to take care of the personal safety and health in tropical areas and in difficult and dangerous areas, understanding of the relation between Human Security and Stat Security, skills of Non violent communication, insight of the roll of company employers in the Capacity building, understanding of the stress to go aboard and come home and how to come with the changes, insight of the Cultural differences when working in a new and difficult environment.
