Learning Outcomes
The student applies his mind into the customer service in social service work, in the fields of working with the disabled, working with drug related problems, mental health work and criminal work. The student familiarizes with the central legislation, working methods and the special features of the working field in these areas.
Contents
The student gets acquainted with the working fields for example by visiting the working communities of these fields, with the help of specialist lectures and by confronting and interviewing customers. The module Occupational growth in customer work (12 study points) consists of the courses of working with the disabled, working with drug related problems, mental health work, criminal work and medicine in social services.
