Learning Outcomes

The student is aware of the significance of working in management for the operations of an organization. He understands the functions of a work community and an individual so that he is able to operate in groups, guiding groups and as an organizer and an instructor in care taking work. The student is familiar with different factors of administration so that he is able to systematically guide and develop service processes.

Student's Workload

Work load 3 study points, i.e. 28 hours of acquisition of information, 28 hours of group work and 28 hours of acquaintance with other group’s material.

The student understands the significance of management work for the operations of an organization.

The student is capable of guiding a work group and developing service processes for an organization from the viewpoint of management work.
