Learning Outcomes

The student will apply her knowledge in planning, implementation, evaluation and developing social service work. The student learns to use different methods of planning and developing social service work. The student evaluates the efficiency of work to individual, families and work communities. The student learns to make a good service plan, learns to implement and evaluate it and use the evaluation information in developing services. The student develops her personal way of working in different multiprofessional work groups and service networks. The student is able to present own development ideas.

Practical training eg. in home help service, in elderly care, in probation and aftercare and in work with intoxicant abusers, in services for the handicapped people, in client service or in different organizations
