Learning Outcomes
The student will acquire sufficient skills for understanding the meaning of communication from the viewpoint of firms and communities. The student has preparedness to express him/herself orally and in writing in the shifting tasks of working life. He/she will be able to compose communication documents, act in meetings and negotiations and express him/herself in shifting situations with ap-pearance. The student will understand the importance of communication from the viewpoint of the community and his/her own work and wish continually to improve his/her own skills. The student knows the basics of scientific writing and gets proficiency in reporting.
Contents
Basic documents, directions, communication of own occupational field, reporting. Discourses, meetings and negotiations also documents concerning meetings and negotiations.
