Learning Outcomes

The student will get a good understanding fo ethical issues and will be able to consider the ethical demands made by the environment. The student will conceptualize the foundation of finnish society and the ethical basis of social brance as well as structure targets related to social policy which have emerged from the community society and individual needs.

Contents

Different basis of values, individual resposibility, duties and moral. Values of finnish society, wellfare state and social brance, targets and the idea of man. The ethical principles of social brance. Values and ethical responsibilities of employee. Values, norms and cultural backgrouds of clients.
