Learning Outcomes

Quality Management and Developing Work, 4 cr
SSA0803 (study credit)
The student will get acquainted with quality management in services and action as well as the influence of quality in the results and continuity of a work community. The student will be able to analyze different organizations, their structure, action and culture and will get facilities to act as an active and responsible menber in an organization.

Contents

Organization culture, teamwork, learning organization. The concept and factors of quality, the influence of quality on the results of a work community, different methods to improve the quality. Quality Management and quality Systems as a basis for continuous improvement.Total quality during the service process.
