The Administration of an Organization in the field of Social Services, 4 cr

The student will know the structure of Social- and Health Care and the legislation, witch regulates the field. The student will know the internal and external factors, witch influence the fuction of an organization and his/her own role as an actor in an organization. The student will be able to counsel multiprofessional action and will know financial administration and budgeting.
