Learning Outcomes

The student knows the fundamentals of procurements activities and contract procedures. The student is able to draw up a procurement plan and knows the significance of logistics in the management of material and data flow.

Contents

Planning of site logistics, procurements plans, tender competitions and competitive bidding, terms of supply contracts, control and supervision of procurements.
