Learning Outcomes
The student will learn the whole lifecycle of the construction process; and the building team and their responsibilities and tasks. The student knows how to find out the critical decisions of a one family house and knows how to make a simple schedule .

Stages of a construction project and the partisipants. Basics of project management. The simplified schedule of a one family house and other decision making situations of the project.
