Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is to give the student the basic knowledge of the Contract Act, unfair business practice, general labour legislation and restriction of competition and consumer legislation. The student understands the legal effect on corporate operations, marketing conditions and the position of the consumer within tourism business.

The student can interpret and apply the employment contract in different situations, she can count the vacation days and vacation salary for the employees with monthly and hourly salary and the employees in fixed term employment relationship.
Good 3
The student can condlude employment contracts, can count the annual holiday days for the employees and count the salary for the employees wiht monthly salary.
Satisfactory 1
The student knows the regulations concerning employment contract, terminating the employment contract and basis for the annual holiday in the field..
