Learning Outcomes
The student is able to evaluate different business ideas and develop a business plan for a company. The student masters the central legal obligations connected to company operations and situation and masters the basic legal issues regulating business. The student masters the basics of work legislation and is able to conduct a employment contract and to calculate annual vacations. The student understands the characteristics and functioning principles of a contemporary, flexible workplace and is able to lead and develop his/her own workplace in accordance with these characteristics and principles. The student understands the importance of economic planning and control and is able to use budgeting as a tool of economic planning. He/she knows the central ideas of marketing communication and is able to utilize them in company operations. He/she masters verbal communication and central documents needed in business. He/she also masters the use of information networks in companies to central parts.
