Learning Outcomes
The student is familiar with business correspondence and the practices and media of informative communications. The student is able to produce documents which are appropriate in contents, form, style and language. The student internalises the purpose and significance of communication in working life.

Basics of business communication, channels of communication, communicative skills, documents used in working life and their layout, appropriate language usage, correctness of language and style.
