Assessment Criteria

Grade 5

The student is able to evaluate, categorize, explain and argument characteristics and concepts related to Travel Agency services. The student is able to comprehensively utilize reservations systems to create new solutions according to customer needs.


Grade 3

The student is able to apply the main characteristics and concepts within Travel Agency services in the right situation and is also able to apply customer-orientation into use the of reservation systems.


Grade 1

Recognizes the main characteristics and concepts within Travel Agency services and is able to use basic functions of reservation systems.

Assessment Methods

Numeric scale is used (0-5). Active participation, individual practice and examination.
