Learning Outcomes

The student has sufficient oral and written skills to express her/himself in various situations of working life. He/she is able to produce documents, act in meetings and negotiations and express himself/herself various situations. Public presentations will be practised and improved by observing oneself and others. The student is familiar with the basics of scientific writing and learns how to write reports.

Contents

Non-verbal communication, persuasive communication and presentations. Correctness of language and style, professional terminology, reference techniques.
