Learning Outcomes
This course develops students' ability to lead and collaborate effectively in culturally diverse environments. By exploring the concept of culture and methods for measuring and comparing cultural differences, students will gain a deep understanding of how cultural diversity impacts organizational dynamics both form the manager and employees viewpoint. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: Analyse and compare cultural differences using established frameworks and tools. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork strategies that effectively leverage cultural diversity. Identify and resolve conflicts in intercultural settings through appropriate management techniques.
