Learning Outcomes
The student understands the key structures, actors, and operational mechanisms of the national economy, as well as the interactions between them. They can analyze fundamental economic concepts such as gross domestic product, inflation, unemployment, and economic growth, and their significance for societal well-being. Additionally, the student learns to assess the functioning of market mechanisms and the role of public finance in economic regulation and resource allocation.
The student is capable of examining economic phenomena from both national and global perspectives and understands the impact of the international economy on the local economy. They can apply learned economic principles to the analysis of current issues and utilize statistical data to support decision-making.
