Learning Outcomes
During the course, the student will become familiar with the key principles of corporate responsibility and learn to understand how EU legislation defines the framework for corporate responsibility. The student will be introduced to the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and learn to identify the three main dimensions of corporate responsibility: environmental, social, and economic, as well as the administrative (ESG) perspective.
Through the course, the student will understand how corporate responsibility is integrated into an organization’s strategy and how responsible business practices support sustainable development as part of competitiveness. The student will learn to understand the significance of responsibility management in organizations.
The student will learn to perceive a responsibility program as a whole and understand how to derive its key elements that fulfill the organization’s reporting requirements. In addition, the student will develop skills in planning and implementing responsibility communication and will be able to justify and communicate the organization’s responsibility efforts to stakeholders clearly and based on data produced by the responsibility program.
Upon completing the course, the student will be able to assess the impacts of corporate responsibility on business operations and to develop practices that promote responsibility, reflecting the needs of the organization.

Regional Impact
Completing the course supports the development of responsibility expertise, which in turn enhances the ability of regional organizations to meet regulatory requirements related to responsibility and the expectations of international markets, thereby contributing to the vitality of the region.
