Learning Outcomes
The student masters the key areas of management and the principles of strategic business management and is able to apply their learning in practice. Upon completing the course, the student understands the key areas of management and recognizes the roles of a modern and responsible leader. The student identifies the impact of an inclusive and empathetic leader on organizational culture and workplace well-being. The student develops communication skills from a managerial perspective and understands the role of a supervisor in crisis communication and giving feedback. Completing the course enhances the student's readiness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
