Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student will understand the role and significance of legislation in society and business. The student will have the basic knowledge of contract and obligation law needed in working life and business. The student will have a clear and structured overall understanding of the basic principles of contract law and will also know the basics of special contract law. The student will be able to evaluate a company's operations from a competition law perspective and apply competition legislation in practical business activities. Additionally, the student will master the basics of the formation of debt relationships and debt securities and understand these as part of a company's operations. The student will be able to critically evaluate contract, obligation, and competition law issues as part of a company's operations in society.
