Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student will have a clear and structured overall understanding of the various solutions to practical issues related to debt relationships. The student will have a comprehensive command of the legislation related to debt relationships and be able to apply it to practical, varying, and changing situations. Some will master the different processes related to insolvency and be able to apply what they have learned in practice. Additionally, the student will be able to critically examine different problem-solving options related to insolvency.
