Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student will understand the position of public law as part of the national legal system. The student will know and understand the significance and role of the national constitution, EU law, and international treaties in the national legal system. The student will also become familiar with the individual's position in the public law context. The student will have a thorough knowledge of fundamental rights, the legislation concerning them, and international agreements, and will understand the significance of fundamental rights as part of society. The student will understand and master the regulation concerning the operation and organization of public authority and will be able to apply their knowledge to practical activities.

The course exercises are reviewed during the final lessons of the course. When the correct answers are discussed, the student has the opportunity to compare their own answers with those discussed in class and receive feedback on their own performance.
