Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student will have an understanding of the role and significance of legislation in organizational law. The student will master the necessary basic knowledge of the types of contracts and documents related to starting a business. The student will have a clear and structured overall picture of the basic principles of organizational law and will also be familiar with the concepts. Additionally, the student will understand the differences and liability issues between different types of companies. The student will be able to critically evaluate legal issues as part of the company's operations in society and as an employer.

During the course, we will cover the following topics:
• Key principles and concepts of organizational law
• Legislation concerning different types of companies
• Establishing a company and founding documents
• Liability issues
• Employment law principles from the employer's perspective
Regional Impact
A possible visit to a local new business center or a similar entrepreneurial organization.
Internationality
The international aspect of business operations is considered as part of the course.
