Learning Outcomes

The student knows how to plan, improve and developing organizations international learning. The goal is to focus on international projectworks specialities, projectmanagement and multicultural teamwork and human resource developement and using consultants.

Contents

Organizations learning in international trade; planning and developing and the methods of developing. Basic information of internationals projects, projectmanagement and multiculturalt teamwork.

Regional Impact

The course provides understanding of international leadership and management so that students can master well superior positions in the organizations of the region.

Internationality

The multicultural setting of the course encourages the internationalization of both domestic and foreign students.
