Learning Outcomes
After completing the entrepreneurial studies the student has a comprehension of the contents of entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurship from the point of view of an individual and the society. In addition, the student can draw up a business plan for a starting enterprise and understands the risks involved in the business operations. The assignments are such that they provide student with skills for working life. Entrepreneurship requires self-initiative and activity, therefore independent information acquisition and critical thinking are emphasised. The student's commitment and active participation are important in the learning process for good learning results and understanding the subject as a whole.

Contents
Basic concepts, possibilities and requirements of entrepreneurship, external and internal entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial process, own entrepreneurial attitude, impact of environment to entrepreneurship, business plan and operational processes in a company.
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Contact teaching, virtual teaching, team working using different group work methods, discussions, assignments, presentations, personal task.
Assessment Criteria
5: The student utilise theories, concepts and methods consistently in various situations and assess the sources used.
3: Utilise essential concepts in single situations and assignments and understand the theories on which the assignments are based. (S)he takes into account the responsibilities and obligations connected with the utilisation of information (e.g. copyrights and plagiarism).
1:Recognise and understand the essential theories, principles and methods. (S)he- makes a difference between common knowledge and research knowledge.
Assessment Methods
Written exam/Learning Diary 50%, assignments 50%
