Learning Outcomes

The Student will acquire an extensive body of knowledge of The Labour Legislation and the Contract Law and their objectives. The student can apply regulations of the legistlation in practice in various Business situations.

Basics of Labour Law and Contract Law.

Regional Impact

The student will develop her/his ability to work within the regions energisector in duties which demands knowledge in Contractual Legislation and also in the Labour Law.

Internationality

The student will understand the difference between national legislation and the international legislation ja the EU concerning the Contract Law and the Labour Law.
