Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to create mfg files for a 2-5 axis NC machine by means of HH, Fanuc and NX software, from the manufacturing model to the simulation and postprosessingand testing. The student will obtain a step-by-step knowledge of the complete process.

The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

Creating the mfg assembly, defining the MCS and the clearance plane, defining the part and the blank. Creating and testing various operations. Creating CLSF data files and postprocessing and editing the HH files.
