Learning Outcomes
The student will be familiar with the strategic planning and management of a company. The student will appreciate the role played by corporate planning and continuous development of a company in the rapidly changing business environment. The student will be able to carry out organizational or business development projects efficiently by using special tools developed for these purposes. The student will acquire business planning, analysing and decision making skills. Development of english language skills.

Performance development projects as part of the overall corporate development. The preparation, planning, implementation and establishment of a development project. The problems of development projects. Tools for controlling development projects. Behavioral issues in development projects
