Learning Outcomes
After the study unit, the student knows the basics of telecommunications and local area networks. The student understands the basics of how networks work and knows the basic concepts of modern telecommunications technology and masters the terminology in the field. The student is able to build a simple LAN and is also able to apply his / her knowledge and skills in practical situations and is familiar with equipment, laboratory measurements and applications in the field.
