Learning Outcomes

After the course, the student will know how to work in a team to develop programming solutions to an embedded system. She will learn to use microcontrollers.

Student's Workload

81 h, which contains 42 h of scheduled contact studies.
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

C Programming; Microprocessors, Controllers and Interfacing.

Contents

Gradually expanding programming problems with microcontroller kits. The students will work in a laboratory environment, and they will work in teams. The programming language is C.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 5: The student understands and knows how to manage the objectives of the project, she can devide the project into parts. The student knows how to encode and how to make the coding work. The student knows how to use the recourses of the group in parallel for various sectors.
Grade 3: The student knows how to produce the code needed for rhe solutions and knows how to make it work.
Grade 1: The student knows how to follow the advancement of the project and participates actively in the project discussions.
