Learning Outcomes

The student attains the knowledge required to pass the exam of electrical safety regulations (so called S1 exam). The examination is part of qualifications of an electrical work supervisor.

Total work load of the course: 54 h
- of which scheduled studies: 28 h
- of which autonomous studies: 26 h

Prerequisites / Recommended Optional Courses

All study units in distribution and electrification.

Contents

The standards, instructions and directions of authorities related to the design and construction of power distribution systems. The students have a possibility to take a national electrical safety examination. The exam is part of the qualifications of a supervisor of electrical work.

S5-10 instructions by TUKES defines the material annually.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Guided study of previous examinations. Orientation through exercises for the national exam.
