Learning Outcomes

The student will get familiar with the task planning and management of the implementation phase in a construction project. The student knows how to draw up a typical task plan for a construction phase.

Contents

Basic concepts and structure of task planning, cost, schedule and quality objectives of a task, deepening of slash scheduling skills, balancing of resources, work tasks, supervision vignette, ensurance of initial requirements, schedule monitoring and control.
