Learning Outcomes

The student knows the fundamentals of projct management and project control, knows how to draw up a project plan and control the project implementation. The student knows the principles of cost and resource control. The student can draw up a project plan using project control sotfware.

- autonomous studies 65 h
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

Forming a project organisation, schedule, resource and cost planning, project control, follow up and reporting, drawing up a project plan and project scheduling with project control software.
