Learning Outcomes

The student knows the principles of project management and project control, knows how to control the project implementation. He knows also the principles of cost and resource control. The student is able to manage risks and can utilize project management tools. He is familiar with PM methodologies and can lead the project group effectively.

Student's Workload

Total work load of the student 133 h, of which
- scheduled studies max 70 h and autonomous studies min 63 h.
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

Forming a project organization, schedule, resource and cost planning, project control, follow up and reporting, risk management, project negotiations, communication in project group and project management tools. The role of PMO’s, value driven PM, problem solving and decision making.

Numerical assessment 0…5, examination 50%, project work 50%.
