Learning Outcomes
The student understands the differences between Management and Leadership. She/He is familiar with the principles and activities of management and leadership in a goal-oriented organization. After the course, the student understands the importance of clear vision and mission statements, strategy and objectives, and also organizational values as a core of organizational culture.
Student's Workload
The total workload of the course 135 h, of which scheduled studies 24 h and autonomous studies 111 h.
The assessment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.
