Learning Outcomes
In this course, students will explore the essentials of service-oriented business management. They will understand the importance of service logic from the perspectives of both service and industrial companies. Students will become familiar with customer relationship-oriented business management, gaining valuable insights into building and maintaining strong customer relationships. By the end of the course, students will have the necessary knowledge and skills to analyze and apply service-oriented business management practices in various business fields.
