Learning Outcomes

After completing the course, the student understands the purpose, content, and key concepts of management and recognizes the diverse roles of management and leadership work. The student can identify the main developmental trends in management thinking and the roles underpinning modern and responsible leadership. The student develops their capability for strategic thinking and strategic leadership. The student masters the core areas of management and the principles of managing internal efficiency in business operations and can apply their learning in practice. The student recognizes the impact of an inclusive and empathetic leader on organizational culture. Completing the course enhances the student's readiness to work in supervisory and leadership roles in various work environments and multicultural atmospheres.
