Learning Outcomes
The student masters the key areas of management and the principles of strategic business management and can apply their knowledge in practice. Upon completing the course, the student is familiar with the various areas of management and recognizes the roles of a modern and responsible leader. The student identifies the impact of an inclusive and empathetic leader on organizational culture and employee well-being. The student develops communication skills from the perspective of managerial work and understands the role of a manager as a crisis communicator and feedback provider. Completing the course enhances the student's readiness to take on managerial responsibilities.
